This project was designed to celebrate the vibrant and bold colors that reflect a strong Hispanic demographic. Each space was infused with its own distinct color, which all came together harmoniously in the clubroom. Vibrant shades of yellow, pink, aqua, and blue took center stage, softened by natural wood and off-white tones for balance. A.P.T. Design Studio incorporated their signature custom elements, including in-house designed bold murals, a striking blue-tinted glass box that became the fitness studio (no, you don’t look blue inside!), and a sunken gym floor to create extra ceiling height. Additionally, to maximize the space, we cleverly added an apartment above the leasing lobby, much to the client's delight, as we felt that the area would otherwise go underutilized.
