PASEO AT EILAN

This campus, situated on the outskirts of San Antonio, TX,  includes a 5-Star hotel, offices, restaurants and retail spaces and, sandwiched between the two, apartments. A.P.T. developed a package for upgrading the apartment finishes, upgraded the model homes and, primarily re-designed the amenity spaces. Originally, the gym was located in the same space at the clubroom but both were inefficient and tired. On the other side of the grand staircase, located in the heart of the property, was an abandoned office space and A.P.T. came up with a plan to gut these areas and create a massive new fitness facility that was more becoming of a property of this size and stature. The second phase, once the gym was open, was to gut the existing club/gym and give it a facelift and, at the same time, we incorporated a game room, TV lounge, private lounge and co-working facilities. The transformation was impressive to say the least.
