A strong biophilic theme throughout the property harks back to the agrarian roots of the city. Placentia has experienced very little development over recent decades, so Cenza is one of only a handful of new developments in the community. As such, the goal was to create a contemporary, yet timeless style.
A.P.T. was blessed with working with an awesome Architect (TCA) and consulting team who were open to our ideas. When A.P.T. requested that a swooping wall "slice" through all of the amenity spaces, TCA adopted it and even had it penetrate through an outer wall.
