Robertson Ranch, a new master-planned community, included single and multifamily properties, with A.P.T. working on both Montecito (market rate) and Portola (seniors). We were tasked with designing a leasing and clubhouse building on a challenging corner site, wrapping around the pool area, with a steep drop-off on two sides. To address this, we created an L-shaped plan: one wing for leasing and a formal clubroom, and another with bathrooms, conference room, casual clubroom (featuring a 28' wide pocket door), and fitness facility. The "L" junction featured an arcade that connected both wings and led to terraces and the pool.

The architects (AO) then developed the exterior to complement the apartment buildings, while A.P.T. designed and furnished all interior and exterior amenity spaces, including a large courtyard.
