Volaris is located at the edge of the city, bordering vast farmland, so we embraced a "modern agrarian" theme. The client challenged us to align the amenity spaces with the driveway, so we reconfigured the pre-approved units to solve the puzzle. The result was a two-story, see-through structure connecting the building’s front to the pool courtyard, with a bridge linking the two halves as a focal point.

We blended reclaimed barnwood with sleek white walls, incorporated rust tones and other wood accents, and created the inviting, balanced space seen in the project, along with our FFE design that further enhances the overall aesthetic.
