Located just outside Philadelphia, PA, Arlo is a development featuring two 4-story apartment buildings and a standalone clubhouse. Originally designed in a contemporary style, the L-shaped clubhouse was reimagined as a farmhouse with two modern wings after APT's suggestion, which the client enthusiastically adopted.

The clubhouse now boasts a stone and board-and-batten exterior, with a spacious beam-filled ceiling adding character. The design is complemented by adjacent structures mirroring the apartment buildings. One wing houses the clubroom, screening room, and simulator, while the other includes the leasing office, fitness center, and bathrooms.

The central lobby serves as both a leasing waiting area and a "living room" with a roaring fire. Modern lighting and custom-built furniture blend with the farmhouse aesthetic, while real rock veneer, faux beams, and flagstone-look flooring enhance the rustic charm with contemporary functionality.
