Situated at the mouth of the Provo River gorge this townhouse property, wanted to use the incredible mountains as its inspiration. The clubhouse building whose footprint was entirely designed by A.P.T., has a modern mountain lodge vibe that is both spacious and airy yet cosy and inviting too. Concrete floors, wooden ceilings and beams, oversized fireplaces and steel paneling all combine (and contrast) with the massive and dramatic leaf skeleton hand carved, by A.P.T., into the lobby wall. The leasing desk has a Robert Redford (his beloved Sundance is a few miles up the gorge) quote etched into its live-edge surface and the decor includes two massive (800lb) wooden chairs, again designed and made by A.P.T.
