Aurora, a high-rise in Bethesda, Maryland, wins an NAIOP/MD Award of Excellence. A.P.T. Design Studio installed the furniture for this property back in 2014 (completed in 2015). Aurora has won previous awards for A.P.T. Design Studio’s work, such as 1st place for the Leasing and Model categories in the 2014 Marketing and Advertising Excellence Awards from the Property Management Association.
A.P.T. Design Studio is selected to design the interiors for 307 Broad Street, in Seattle WA. Situated very close to the iconic Space Needle, the 9 story property will provide amazing views in all directions. We are extremely excited to be a part of this incredible new project and look forward to making this a stand-out property in the region.
A.P.T. Design Studio had its annual pumpkin carving competition. Those who were available to participate had no time constraints, no templates/stencils and, as it turned out, very little combined experience. But it was a lot of fun.
Iris Tang joins the A.P.T. Architectural ranks as a draftsman. Her fantastic AutoCAD skills have already made her a valuable asset to the team. Welcome aboard, Iris!
