Construction is well underway on the Tomscot Apartments in Scottsdale, AZ. A.P.T. Design Studio has space-planned the amenity spaces as well as the exterior pool courtyards. The interior and exterior furniture selections are close to completion as well as sign designs. The Tomscot will consist of approximately 275 uber-luxurious apartments in two separate buildings that will anchor the southern side of downtown Scottsdale.
Located just up the street from the A.P.T. Design Studio office is a new community consisting of an affordable Senior’s property and a Market rate property. Collectively they are known as Robertson Ranch and A.P.T. have been contracted to design the interiors common areas of the Senior’s project and help space-plan the freestanding clubhouse building as well as doing all the interior design for this sprawling, hacienda-style building.
