Redlands Park Apartments (Redlands, CA) is the latest club/leasing building that A.P.T. Design Studio is asked to redesign.
The finishing touches are put on the One Santa Fe Apartments models in the Arts District of Los Angeles. World Class architect Michael Maltzan designed this project which has instantly become an architectural icon in Los Angeles and is unlike any other apartment community that A.P.T. Design Studio has ever seen or had the privilege of working on. The three model homes have a Bo Concept inspired look and feel (per the owner’s directive).

The temporary leasing office at the Elan Huntington Beach Apartments (CA) opens to commence their pre-leasing efforts in anticipation of the main opening of the new construction apartment buildings next door. A.P.T. Design Studio has had a heavy involvement in all design-related aspects of the project including working with the architects on the style and look of the building elevations, all the signage, all the space-planning for the amenity spaces; all finishes throughout the public and residential spaces and, later on, all the furnishings too. At this time, A.P.T. was asked to create apartment finish presentation boards to display in the temporary leasing office. Not surprisingly for Huntington Beach (“Surf City”), we adopted a surf-related theme (which will be seen throughout the décor of the actual project) for the boards.
A.P.T. goes under contract on Destinations Oakey, the eighth of the properties in the Las Vegas Destinations portfolio. A.P.T. will be redesigning the common areas as it transitions from a Senior Living to an Assisted Living community.
