The A.P.T. Design Studio team continues to expand with the welcome additions of Jennifer Chavero and Janamae Abiaro. We continue to hire talented and “hungry” individuals to accommodate our increasing workload. Between December and February work will commence on several new renovation projects including properties in San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, Cleveland, Greenwich (CT) and New York.
West 10, a student housing property in Tallahassee is completed. A.P.T. did the Clubhouse/Leasing Interior space-planning, design and furnishings; and exterior redesign (including incorporating an outdoor tiered movie theater) and furnishings.
