A.P.T. Design Studio goes gets contract to design the interiors for Phase 1 of 55 Bank Street Apartments, a 16 story high rise in White Plains, NY. The scope includes a main lobby space and coffee area (which will serve the second (phase 2) tower also; leasing office; casual club/game room (including conference facilities, restrooms, mail area and gold simulator room; a second floor clubhouse, fitness center and children’s room; all hallways; a top floor formal clubroom with adjacent roof-deck; pool area; and all unit finishes.
Emily Basile joins the A.P.T. Design Studio team as a Designer.
A.P.T. Design Studio commences work on updates to the clubhouse and model at the Cornerstone Apartments in Cary, NC. This is the second time Martin has worked on this property. He did limited enhancements back in 2006 while working for Fairfield Residential. Now we will be expanding the clubroom to make a larger fitness center, converting the existing fitness center(s) to become clubrooms, creating a new communal kitchen and giving all the spaces a clean, fresh and updated look. The kitchen finishes in the apartments are also due to be upgraded and A.P.T. Design Studio is hired to assist in selecting the finishes.
Design work starts on Arroyo Villa Apartments in Thousand Oaks, CA. Project involves a major remodel of club/leasing building as well as the two pool and barbeque areas.
Cesar Garcia commences work at A.P.T. Design Studio as a draftsman.
The clubhouse and Leasing Office at Mirabella Apartments (Bermuda Dunes, CA) is installed by A.P.T. Design Studio much to the delight of the staff and ownership. A model apartment was installed by A.P.T. Design Studio in late 2014 and we were also selected the exterior paint colors and assisted with the signage designs for this property.
