A.P.T. Design Studio is hired to remodel the Lofts at Rio Salado Apartments in Tempe, AZ. “Rio” is predominantly home for students, so a newer, younger vibe is needed. Ownership is directed us to have fun with the spaces and that’s what we’re doing! Scope includes the leasing office, fitness center, pool area, conference room to study area and transformation of theater room into hang-out zone.
“The Bug” is installed at Elan Huntington Beach.
A.P.T. Design Studio goes under contract on the two high-rise towers at the Commons of McLean, VA. We are to select and install all the furnishings for the property when it has been built.
The models, clubhouse and leasing center are all installed at Elan Huntington Beach. Pool and fitness to follow soon.
